Sophia Grace Brownlee is a 12 year old (born: April 18, 2003) British singer/rapper/actress. She is from Essex, England. Sophia rose to fame after posting a "Super Bass" by Nicki Minaj cover with her cousin Rosie Grace Mcclelland in September 19, 2011. Ellen Degeneres contacted the girls and invited them to her show where she surprised them with Nicki Minaj. 

 

Soon Sophia and Rosie named their duo "Sophia Grace and Rosie" and made appearances on Ellen many times.

 

In 2013, Sophia released her debut single "Girls Just Gotta Have Fun" that hit over 50,000,000 views. 

 

In the same year, Sophia Grace and Rosie starred in two episodes of Nickolodeon's "Sam and Cat". Sophia as Guen and Rosie as Ruby. 

 

A year later, the girls starred themselves in their very first movie "Sophia Grace and Rosie's Royal Adventure" which was released in May 20, 2014. Their soundtrack for the movie was released as well.

 

At the same year, Sophia released her 2nd single "Best Friends" after she stopped making "Ellen" appearances with Rosie. The single hit to the top charts. Right now she is working on an EP that is coming out his year.
